The SMPP Portal includes comprehensive monitoring for gateway health and message delivery.
Health dashboard
The monitoring page shows:
- Gateway status — Overall system health
- Connector health — Individual connection status
- Port checks — SMPP port availability
- Message tests — Periodic test SMS delivery verification
- Database status — Backend connectivity
Message logs
View all messages sent through the gateway:

| Connector | Which connector handled the message |
| Timestamp | When the message was processed |
| Cost | Per-message cost |
Filter logs by status, connector, date range, or user.
Message statistics
Aggregate statistics include:
- Total messages sent
- Delivery success rate
- Messages per connector
- Messages per user
- Throughput over time
Alerts
The system automatically detects issues and alerts administrators:
- Connector disconnections
- Delivery failures above threshold
- Gateway health degradation
- SMPP port unreachable
Public status
A public status page is available showing current gateway availability without requiring authentication.
