Organize SMS recipients into lists for bulk sending.
Contact lists help you organize recipients for bulk SMS campaigns.
Create a contact list
- Go to Contact Lists in the SMS Portal dashboard
- Click Create List
- Enter a name for the list
Add contacts
Manual entry
Add contacts one at a time with phone number and optional name.
CSV import
Upload a CSV file to bulk-import contacts:

+254712345678,Alice
+254712345679,Bob
+254712345680,CharlieSend bulk SMS
- Go to Send SMS
- Select your sender ID
- Select a contact list as the recipient
- Compose your message
- Click Send
Each message is charged individually based on the recipient's country pricing.
Managing lists
- View contacts — Browse and search contacts in a list
- Edit — Rename a list
- Delete — Remove a list and all its contacts permanently
